Playing
Section titled “Playing”Is Solbeans free? Yes. Solbeans is fully playable without any crypto: no wallet, no token, no SOL. Every round, every show, levels, challenges and almost all cosmetics are earned by playing. Token features are optional extras on top, and they are purely cosmetic or promotional.
What do I need to play? A modern browser with WebGL 2: Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, on a computer, phone or tablet. No download, no plugin, no account.
Which phones work? Recent iPhones and Android phones run it well. The game picks a graphics level automatically; you can also set Quality in Settings. Play in landscape.
Can I use a controller? Yes. Any standard gamepad works. See Controls.
Can I change the keys? Yes, in Settings → Controls. Every action can be remapped.
How many players are in a show? Up to 40. When there are not enough people online, bots fill the show so it starts quickly.
The game says it cannot connect. The servers restart for a few seconds during updates. Try again in a moment, or play the Offline Sandbox meanwhile.
It stutters. Set Quality to Low, close other tabs, and make sure your browser’s hardware acceleration is on.
Friends
Section titled “Friends”How do I play with friends? Create a party, share the invite link, and walk into a portal together. See Accounts & wallet → Parties.
How big can a party be? Four beans.
Can we be on the same team in team rounds? Teams are assigned by the show. Party members are not guaranteed to be on the same team.
Progress
Section titled “Progress”Is my progress saved? Yes, to a guest account tied to your browser. Link a wallet to keep it across devices.
I cleared my browser and my guest account is gone. Guest accounts live in one browser. Without a linked wallet they cannot be recovered, sorry. Link a wallet next time to be safe.
How do I level up? Play shows. You earn XP for playing, qualifying, winning, bonks and grabs, top-3 race finishes and challenges.
Wallet and token
Section titled “Wallet and token”Do I need a crypto wallet? No. A wallet is optional.
Does signing in with a wallet cost anything? No. It is a message signature, not a transaction. It cannot move funds. If your wallet asks you to approve a transaction to sign in, do not approve it.
What is the token for? Optional extras: burning it for a few rare cosmetics, a Premium Portal ticket or a player-started event, and Holder & whale skins for holding it. It has not launched yet.
Can I win SOL? Once the token launches, first places can earn small, capped rewards in SOL if you have a linked wallet and the show had enough real players. Rewards are promotional, can change or be paused, and are not income. Do not play expecting to earn.
How much does X cost / how much is a reward? Prices, rewards, caps and thresholds are set in the game and can change. The game always shows the current values.
When does the token launch? What will it cost? There is no launch date yet, and we do not talk about prices. Everything is tested on devnet first. Nothing here is financial advice.
Will the team ever DM me or ask for my seed phrase? Never. Anyone asking for your seed phrase is a scammer.
